Caroline Reeve started Altura Design in 2020 after spending 19 years in “big agency” life. She's worked in-house at large corporations (retailer & CPG) as well as leading agency teams for shopper marketing and brand design.
Caroline works from the Northwoods of Wisconsin (after stints in Arkansas, Chicago, Pennsylvania, New York and Dallas). Caroline brings a fire and “get it done” mentality that you won’t find anywhere else. When she's not working, she's loves spending time with her husband and dogs in the Northwoods and is most likely paddle boarding with her Cavalier, Gary.

Meet our Director of Strategy, Genevieve Nguyen. Don’t let the title fool you, she’s also our copywriter. With a background in brand building, shopper, experiential and promotional marketing, we’re excited to have her on our team. She’s out of our Dallas, TX satellite office, so if you’re in the area hit her up! She’ll take you for coffee.

Madison is a valued member of the Altura team, joining us from our Dallas satellite office. With a keen eye for design, she specializes in crafting distinctive, impactful branding that authentically represents our clients. Additionally, Madison is a skilled After Effects expert, creating stunning brand videos that bring compelling stories to life.
When not designing or animating amazing work for our clients, you can find her at a concert venue as a live music photographer - really! - or around town with her sweet dog Rev. She went to The University of Southern Mississippi and is a fierce card player.

Madelynn Dumas

Madelynn joins the Altura team out of our Dallas satellite office in Mississippi as our new Art Director! Madelynn has a true passion for creating visually compelling work that tells a story. Collaboration is at the heart of her process, and she loves being part of a dynamic creative team.
In her free time, Madelynn enjoys painting (acrylic is the best) , spending time with my energetic golden doodle, Willow, catching live music at a nearby arena, and traveling to new places (to check off those bucket list items!)
